The arrival of a child is a sacred and significant event where new mothers and their families need to feel empowered, heard and respected.

As a doula, my aim is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience.

I provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support and information that will empower you beyond labor and birth. 

By listening to and acknowledging your personal history, cultural background and beliefs, I guide you to make your own choices and find the best solutions for you and your partner – if there is one – without judgement or preference.

 

Just as each birth is unique, each doula provides unique services. I work with all kinds of families, including single mothers, LGBT and non-binary parents as well.
