​Full body massage with heat and oil

Massages are given on a mattress directly on the floor to provide a solid connection to the earth and a feeling of security.

​

Pillows are arranged to ensure you feel comfortable, and you remain covered during the massage.

​

​I use both Eastern (oil) and Western (Shiatsu) massage techniques.

The treatment will be adapted depending on your needs and feelings.

​The treatment lasts approximately one hour and can be provided at my studio or at the place of your home*.
